Individualized Therapy

Individualized Therapy: Text

Individual speech therapy sessions are conducted one-on-one with the Speech-Language Pathologist at our clinic or in school.

We encourage families and caregivers to actively participate in treatment. Family/caregiver education occurs during or following therapy sessions to discuss the client’s progress and strategies for ongoing practice between sessions.

Sessions are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes depending on the client’s needs. We provide client-centered and evidence-based therapy services to address the following areas:

Pediatrics

  • Speech Sound Disorders

  • Childhood Apraxia of Speech

  • Late Talkers & Developmental Delays

  • Receptive Language Disorders

  • Expressive Language Disorders

Adults

  • Dysphagia

  • Aphasia

  • Dysarthria

  • Apraxia of Speech

  • Cognitive-Communication Disorders

These disorders may result from medical diagnoses including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and dementia.
